Preparation |
In a pan heat some oil and fry the chopped onions until golden yellow bins. Then the sliced white pepper and add the diced tomatoes. This completely for a while let simmer until water has evaporated hat. Remove the pan from the heat and stir through the paprika. The sliced beef to the mixture and put this seasoning with salt and pepper and then just keep stirring. Add water until the meat is under water and then 1 to 1 ½ hours to simmer. If the meat is done then the pörkölt ready. It tastes delicious with boiled potatoes and cucumber salad. Bon appetit (jo etvagyat) |
