Ingredients for 4 people.

  • 1 duck of about 2 kg.

  • 3 pieces cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 kg potato
  • 1 kg of sliced ​​red cabbage
  • For red cabbage:
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Vinegar, salt and sugar to taste
  • 5 pieces cloves
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar



The duck wash and dry.

Wash the apples, remove cores and cut into four equal pieces.
