Hungarian Sauerkraut Soup |

Preparation |
A tablespoon of oil in the pan and baking bacon herein, then add the onions and fry for a few minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the paprika and stir, then add ½ cup water. The pan to the heat transfer, add the sauerkraut and let simmer, stirring constantly. Then add 1 liter of water and the bouillon cubes, pepper, crushed garlic, bay leaf and lemon zest and add the whole boil for 20 minutes. After 10 to 20 minutes cooking time, add the sliced sausage.
