Hungarian Stuffed Peppers.
Ingredients for 3 liters of soup:
  • 4 x medium white pepper
  • 200 grams of minced meat, half and half
  • 40 g rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 120 grams of tomato paste (canned) 
  • 1 onion
  • 30 grams of leaves selderei
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 liter beef stock


Wash the peppers and remove seeds. Leave the peppers whole.

The half-cooked rice cooking, raw egg, pepper, salt and add the mince.
