The Butterfly House is located in a quiet street on the outskirts of the village Gardony. At about 15 minutes walk from the beach of the Velence.
Gardony lies geographically between Lake Balaton (60km) and the city of Budapest. (45km).
In the neighboring village of Agard is a newly renovated spa.
The oldest town in Hungary, Szekesfehervar, is 10km away. Here you will find large supermarkets such as Spar, Tesko, Auchan etc.

With just an area of ​​26 square kilometers (10.8 km long and 2.3 km wide), it is Velence the little sister of Lake Balaton, but certainly not less important.
